What makes these candies visually distinctive?
Every piece in the Lusterbrook Confections lineup is designed around color depth, contrast, and handmade sugar structure rather than plain monochrome molding. Depending on the creation, we combine optically clear boiled sugar with hand-pulled, satin-aerated sugar ribbons to form cosmic spirals, stained-glass color bands, coastal waves, mosaic tiles, or miniature stars cut through the center of each drop.
How are the candy designs developed?
Each design starts by pairing a visual theme—such as twilight stars, autumn amber light, or coastal tideglass—with an unexpected flavor direction. Color boundaries and proportions are planned so that whether the warm sugar is poured into round lollipops, faceted into gems, or stretched into cut-rock cylinders, the finished pattern stays recognizable while retaining natural handmade character.
Can I request a specific design?
Yes. You can preselect any single creation—or several—directly from our Candy Collection or inside our inquiry form. If you are interested in a coordinated color assortment or custom design concept for an event or gift, choose “Custom Selection or Design Request” on the inquiry form and describe what you have in mind so we can let you know what is feasible.
How do I submit an inquiry?
Visit our Contact page (or click “Request This Candy” on any product card), enter your name, email address, inquiry type, at least one candy creation of interest, and a short message. You can also include an optional phone number, estimated quantity, and target occasion date. Once submitted and confirmed by our server, you will see our confirmation page while we review your note.
How can I obtain ingredient and allergen information?
While we do not publish proprietary flavor formulas or recipes on public product cards, we never conceal legally required ingredient, allergen, or product safety disclosures. Select “Product Question / Ingredient & Allergen Info” on our inquiry form (or email info@tevnixo-point.shop) naming the specific candies you are considering, and we will provide verified ingredient and allergen documentation prior to any purchase decision.
Are all designs available at all times?
Because handmade confections are produced in small runs rather than continuous industrial manufacturing, availability of individual designs can vary from batch to batch. Submitting an inquiry allows us to check current availability for the exact creations and quantities you want before confirming an order.
How should hard candies be stored?
Store hard candies and lollipops in a cool, dry indoor place away from direct sunlight, stovetops, dishwashers, and humidity. Keep lollipops sealed in their wrappers until ready to enjoy, and store loose hard candy drops in a clean, airtight container at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating or freezing hard candy, as condensation can make glossy sugar surfaces tacky.
What information is needed for a custom request?
Helpful details include which existing collection pieces you admire, the occasion (birthday, dinner party, thank-you gift, holiday table, or office celebration), an approximate piece count or gift count, any color preferences, any allergen or dietary questions, and your general target timeframe.
How are pricing and availability confirmed?
After reviewing your inquiry, we reply directly to your email (or phone if requested) detailing which requested designs are available, unit or assortment pricing, applicable taxes or fulfillment details, and answers to any product questions. No pricing or availability is treated as final until confirmed by us in writing.
What happens after I submit the form?
Once our server processes your submission, you are directed to our Thank You page with an inquiry reference code. Submitting the form logs your request for review by Lusterbrook Confections; it does not charge you or create a binding purchase contract. Please wait for our separate reply confirming availability, product details, and next steps before treating an order as accepted.
